Information you provide: - Account information: name, email address, password - Health profile (optional): age, gender, health conditions, allergies, medications, dietary preferences, and health goals - Products you scan, search, save, or analyze
Information collected automatically: - Basic usage data (features used, scan counts) - Device type and operating system - Approximate, non-precise diagnostic data for app stability
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos (other than a label image you choose to capture for analysis), or biometric data.
Your health profile is sensitive personal information. We treat it with heightened care: - It is used only to personalize your product analysis - It is stored securely and associated with your account - It is never sold to third parties - You can edit or delete it at any time in the Profile screen
We use your information to: - Provide and personalize the analysis Service - Maintain your account, history, and saved items - Improve app performance and reliability - Communicate important service updates
We share information only in these limited cases: - AI processing: Product text and your relevant profile context are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate analysis. This data is processed to return results and is not used to identify you. - Product databases: Barcodes are sent to third-party databases (Open Food Facts, Open Beauty Facts, UPCitemdb) to retrieve product information. - Legal: If required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Account data is stored on secure servers. Local data (such as cached results) may be stored on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: - Access the personal information we hold about you - Correct or update your information - Delete your account and associated data - Withdraw consent for processing of health information - Export your data
